  3. I think it is the shahada because you can't become a muslim unless you recite those words and in order to obay the other pillars you have to be a muslim.

  4. I think the most important Pillar is Salat. It is one thing to pledge your devotion but it is another to keep it. In today's world, and probably back then too, people generally have better things to do then pray 5 times a day. But the ones who kept their promise in Shahada, to pledge their faith, should be able to do whatever their religion commands, even when they don't know what the promise entails.

  5. I think the most important piller is the Salat. I think this because they are the people that practice this Religion the most. From the description I can tell that they want to really persue the Salat Religion. The have to practice the Salat 5 times a day. They seem really dedicated.

  6. I think the most important pillar is Shahada because once you recite the Shahada you become a Muslim and in order to preform Salat, Zakat and Sawm you have to be a Muslim.

  7. I think the most important pillar is Shahada. If you don't say thought words you don't become a muslim and you can't perform the other 4 pillars.

  8. I think that the Shahada is the most important because you have to recite the Shahada to be part of the Muslim relign. If you are not part of the Muslim relign than you can not execute the other Pillars or actions.

  9. I think that zakat is the most important pillar. I think this because I think that it is most important to give to the less fortunate. I think that this is a very important that everybody be treated equally. I think that is what Muhammad was thinking also when made these rules. I also understand why it would be important to fast everyday also but it is more important to do womething good for others if you are more frotunate.

  10. I think the most important pillar is the Salat because its kind of the main prayer among a lot of them. Also It seems like the only thing to keep them believing in their god.

  12. I think Haji is the most important pillar because it is all about where the Muslims came from. Where you come from is one of the most important things in your life. If you forget where you come from you forget your ancestors. When you forget your ancestors you forget your history which means you forget who you really are. So, essentially, who you are is where you came from and you would never want to forget who you are, would you?

  13. I agree with Carley and Anna. I think that Salat is the most important. It is easy to say that you are going to follow a religion, but it is a lot harder to stick to it ans follow all of the principles.

  14. I think that the shahada is most important because the rest of the pillars correspond with the fact that you are a muslim and in order to be a muslim you would have to recite the shahada. I think that doing the rest of the things in the five pillars wouldn't make sense unless you were muslim. I think that reciting the shahada would be the biggest of all because your taking a huge step in your life by choosing (or changing) your religion. So that is why, in my opinon, Shahada (the first of the five pillars) is most important.

  15. I think that Zakat is the best pillar because if know one cared and gave to anyone we would be a selfish world. A selfish world would be like living in a world where you would never be able to find your way out to goodness. We should never forget to give. It feels good to give.

  17. I think that Zakat is the best pillar because it teaches muslims to give back to the commuity. but I wonder what they give from, their month's savings, their year's savings, or their life's savings.

  18. I say the Shahada because it is necessary to become a Muslim. All of the other pillars say what you do when you are a Muslim. That is why I think it is the most important of all the pillars.

  19. Well I don’t think there is just one important one out of all of the 5 pillars cause other than the descriptions you put up there for what each one means, It could mean something else to someone else. I think all of the pillars are important to Muslims and their religion. And one more thing, It sounds like if you were someone who, let’s say adored stuffed animals. You had to choice one out of all 5 of them to see which one meant more to you. Well they all are different some way and the same another.
